CONDITIONING PROGRAM

 
All about toning and sculpting, working every individual muscle in your body in combination with our high intensity interval training format. Each day will focus on a different muscle group based on location

POWER ENDURANCE PROGRAM

 
Focus on complex, total body movements, splitting each day based on equipment used while challenging your cardiovascular endurance

CLASS DAY OF THE WEEK FOCUS
TRADITIONAL MONDAY, THURSDAY USING POWER BLOCKS, TRX STRAPS, RESISTENCE BANDS, ETC
NON TRADITIONAL TUESDAY, FRIDAY UTILIZING KETTLE BELLS, ROPES, SPEED HARNESSES ETC
PUMP WEDNESDAY, SATURDAY ISOLATING MUSCLE ENDURANCE WORKING EVERY MUSCLE IN YOUR BODY

 
 

STRENGTH PROGRAM

 
Designed to torch body fat while making you stronger with heavier weights in your core strength lifts. You will focus on different muscle groups each day based on function versus location.

CLASS DAY OF THE WEEK FOCUS
PUSH DAY MONDAY, THURSDAY WORK LARGE MUSCLE SYSTEMS THAT PERFORM PUSHING MOTIONS BENCH PRESS, SHOULDER PRESSES, SQUATS, LUNGES ETC
PULL DAY TUESDAY, FRIDAY WORK LARGE MUSCLE SYSTEMS THAT PERFORM PULLING MOTIONS (BACK, LATS, HAMSTRINGS AND GLUTES)
PUMPFORMANCE WEDNESDAY, SATURDAY TARGETING INDIVIDUAL, SMALLER MUSCLE GROUPS AND ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE EXERCISES

First Day Of Slash

How early should I get there?

Please arrive to Slash 30 minutes prior to scheduled start of class. This will allow a staff member to explain the equipment and what to expect in class. To be respectful of the trainer and ensure your safety, no members will be allowed into class after the warm up has ended.

What should I bring?

Just wear your proper gym attire. We provide towels, and have waters for sale or a water fountain but feel free to bring your own!

Are there locker rooms?

Unfortunately we do not have locker rooms, but we do have multiple storage units for members with up to 3 private bathrooms that members are allowed to change in.

Where should I park?

There is a parking lot on the north side of the building, also there are spaces in front of Slash Fitness or along north and south federal.
