FLEX is a supervised weight lifting session based around compound movements utilizing larger pieces of equipment such as barbells, landmines, and weight sleds. Just as our Slash HIIT classes do, FLEX sessions focus on specific splits throughout the week. Generally broken into Upper and Lower Body sessions, participants of FLEX sessions learn how to properly execute movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and bent over rows. FLEX sessions are not done in intervals; rather, specific workouts are provided so that participants can go through at their own pace.
